According to Us Weekly, Charlie requested a settlement modification in 2018, saying his “income has fluctuated dramatically” since he was ordered to pay $55,000 to Mueller in 2016. He also had to pay his ex-wife Denise Richards $20,000 for their children Sami, 19, and Lola, 17.
