Remember the adorable Sprouse twins from Big Daddy? Well, they’ve grown up, but their bond remains unbreakable. Cole and Dylan Sprouse, the lovable identical twins who charmed us with their wit and charm, are now 30 years old and still close as ever.

The blond duo first entered the entertainment industry at just 8 months old, appearing in commercials, TV shows, and movies. Hollywood loves twins because they give them the flexibility they need while adhering to child labor regulations. Just look at Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen from Full House!
Their breakout role came in the TV comedy Grace Under Fire, where they played the sons of Brett Butler’s character, Grace Kelly, from 1993 to 1998. Watching them grow from infants to six-year-olds on screen was truly remarkable.
Cole and Dylan stole the show as Adam Sandler’s adopted son in the movie Big Daddy (1999). Their impeccable comedic timing and delivery of lines were truly impressive.
When asked about his experience working with Sandler, Cole said, “I’ve known him for ages, and I greatly admire his career. He has this incredible balance between art and commerce that I think defines a true working actor. Not only that, he lifts up his friends in the industry, which is amazing.”
After their successful collaboration with Sandler, Cole ventured into the hit TV show Friends, where he played Ben, Ross Gellar’s son. The episode titled “The One with the Holiday Armadillo” remains one of his favorites. “I was fascinated by the costumes and practical effects they had,” he recalls.
But it wasn’t just the costumes that caught Cole’s attention on set. He also developed a crush on his co-star, Jennifer Aniston. “I think I fell in love with Jennifer, just like the rest of the world. But I was quite intimidated by her presence. I even had stage fright when she sat next to me on the couch for one episode,” he confesses.
In the 2002 film Master of Disguise, Cole and Dylan joined forces once again as Pistachio Disguisey. It was during this time that they began to forge their own paths and shape their individual careers.
Their next big venture was The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, a popular Disney show that aired from 2005 to 2008. The series not only skyrocketed their fame but also garnered them an Emmy nomination. They continued to play their iconic characters in other Disney productions, such as Hannah Montana and The Suite Life Movie.
As they transitioned from heartthrobs to young adults, Cole and Dylan made an important decision – to pursue higher education. They both enrolled at New York University, with Dylan studying video game design and Cole studying humanities and archaeology. It was a chance for them to step back from the limelight and gain a new perspective.
After graduating in 2015, the Sprouse twins took on different acting projects individually. Cole rose to fame for his role as Jughead Jones in the supernatural drama series Riverdale, while Dylan found success as a voice actor for video games. Dylan also ventured into the world of brewing by helping develop the artisan brewery All-Wise Meadery in Brooklyn, New York.
Currently, Cole is in a relationship with French-Canadian model Ari Fournier, while Dylan is engaged to Sports Illustrated model Barbara Palvin. The brothers have grown into independent men with their own unique personalities and passions.
It’s incredible to think about how far the Sprouse twins have come since their Big Daddy days. We can’t wait to see what they have in store for us in the future. Both inside and outside of Hollywood, they continue to make a mark and show the world what they’re capable of.
