“Heartbroken Mother’s Plea: Desperate Search for Stuffed Elephant Holding Son’s Ashes Lost During Disney Trip”

A mother recently “became desperate” to locate a priceless stuffed animal that went missing while on vacation with her family at Walt Disney World. The plush elephant named Bruce is unique from all others because it holds the ashes of eight-year-old Gabryel Atkinson. April 2022 saw the death of Byryel.

The toy had been by Gabryel’s side throughout his entire life, from the NICU to “every surgery/procedure (over 50) and hospitalization (too many to count). The boy’s parents have kept Bruce by their side ever since their son passed away. But Bruce disappeared while the family was at Disney World to celebrate Gabryel’s birthday. The family is currently begging for help.

A Facebook post by Iowan Liz Atkinson pleading with friends, family, and total strangers to spread the word was emotional. Due to traveling to three Florida cities and having “grief brain,” the Iowa mother described the trip as “a little hectic.”. “I am in total despair, and I’m hoping this blows up, so we can find our elephant,” she continued. On April 24, while the family was parasailing in Cocoa Beach, Sebastyan, their youngest son, held on to Bruce, she recalled.

At this point, the trip blurs in my memory as a result of emotions and grief. I don’t recall Sebastyan bringing him back to our car, now that I think about it. Later, she would find out that Bruce had successfully disembarked and had been abandoned in the marina’s parking lot. The Atkinsons drove to Walt Disney World following their stay on the Space Coast. They traveled to Disney Springs first before arriving at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort on April 25. The following night, they stayed in a hotel in Kissimmee.

Liz wasn’t too concerned at the time about Bruce’s whereabouts even though he didn’t appear again for the remainder of the trip. She was certain he was there.

“Cars can get disorganized while moving, so I kept assuming he might have become confused (which is very unlike me; I always know where everything is, thank you grief), but on May 1, I searched EVERYWHERE. each bag.

He left already.

She has contacted the hotels her family stayed at and filled out a Disney lost-and-found form, and she is now pleading with the general public for help.
“I have a cold and can’t sleep.
I’m in desperate need. According to the family, Bruce accidentally stepped out of the car at Disney Springs’ Orange or Palazzo parking ramps.

Anyone with information is urged to message Liz on Facebook. The family of this priceless stuffed animal needs to be reunited, so please help us find Bruce. MORE AT:.
