John Travolta paid a moving homage to his late wife Kelly Preston over the weekend in honor of Mother’s Day.
Preston lost her battle with breast cancer in July of 2023, almost three years ago, after a two-year battle.
After being married for about 28 years when she passed away, Travolta’s life was significantly impacted by her passing.

In the years since, the Pulp Fiction actor Travolta has been open about his grief, and this past weekend he posted a touching tribute to his late wife: a throwback video of the actress accepting a gift on a previous Mother’s Day.

The subjects of the caption Travolta wrote on the video were Ella, 23, and Ben, 12.
On camera, the word “MOM” is written on a white box that Preston is peering inside while grinning.
She doesn’t open the box, but from what little she sees inside, it appears to be filled with photos of her loved ones.

Choosing to keep her battle private, she had been receiving medical care for some time, with the support of her nearest and dearest family and friends, according to a statement issued by a family representative.
She was a brilliant, lovely, and loving soul who had a genuine concern for other people and brought life to everything she touched.

When Jett would have turned 30 the previous year, John posted the most touching birthday tributes.
