Losing a dog can be among life’s worst experiences. This is what occurred when Michael Joy lost three of his dogs in 2016. Even though two of the lost dogs were found, Sam, a 4-month-old Labrador mix, was nowhere to be found. Michael put up stickers and looked in every shelter in the area, but he was completely unsuccessful. He made every effort.
Michael persisted, though. “Hey, I’m going to find this dog,” he told his wife, according to what he said. I didn’t give up and I still keep up with the shelters’ pages in case he had turned up. After a while, Michael’s family was forced to relocate to Kentucky, but he never lost faith that his cherished dog was somewhere. Sam was always expected to be in his old Georgia neighborhood, so he kept making trips there.
