In a recent exclusive interview, Kelly Ripa’s husband Mark Consuelos stated that he doesn’t want any more children and is looking forward to becoming a grandfather.
The 51-year-old looks forward to assuming a new role as a grandparent someday even though the couple has no plans to have more children.
When asked if he would ever think about getting married again after Ripa, Consuelos said that he would be hesitant due to his age and desire for no additional children.
He claimed he would prefer to be something other than an elderly father with additional duties. Ripa and Consuelos, a married couple, will soon begin a new and exciting chapter in their lives when they become grandparents!
The couple may have believed they were too young to be parents while raising their kids. Ripa claims that many older men she knows are now following the same path, though.
Then, Consuelos declares that this is all the parenting he desires and expresses his happiness at becoming a grandfather. Three children—a daughter, Lola, 21, a son, Joaquin, 20, and a son, Michael, 25,—were born to the couple.
