Wang Fuman, a Chinese 8-year-old, resides in the province of Xinjie. The boy has lived with his grandmother ever since his mother left him and his father had to move to a big city for work.
Wang Fuman now has to travel three miles each way, which takes him hours every day, to get to and from school. Wang has also had a harder time getting to school than usual due to the onset of winter and the drop in temperature. A common low of -9 degrees Celsius is experienced. The decision to share some photos on social media by the boy’s school’s principal to draw attention to the challenging circumstances that many of his students face spread like wildfire.
The principal also uploaded Wang Fuman’s final photo, which has since gone viral. The boy’s head is completely still in the picture, showing this. His brows are frozen, and the cold has made his cheeks burn. The boy’s principal says that he decided to walk to school in the bad weather because he had a test, according to Noticias Caracol.

The strictness and dedication to learning displayed by Wang Fuman are obvious. I sincerely hope that seeing these pictures will prompt him to look for assistance, allowing him to avoid having to deal with such trying situations on the way to school. Since every child has the right to attend, they should all be able to commute to and from school in respectable conditions. If so, tell everyone about it.
