The cause of death of Raquel Welch, the original screen bombshell of the 1960s and 1970s, who passed away in February at 82, has been determined.
The actress’s death certificate states that Alzheimer’s disease contributed to her heart arrest, which led to her death. The actress concealed her diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, but her initial family statement stated that she passed away in February after a “short illness”.
