Kyle Jacobs, a songwriter and the husband of Kellie Pickler, reportedly committed suicide before being discovered, according to an autopsy report.
According to the report, 49-year-old Jacobs died on February 17 without any drugs in his system. On the other hand, he had a history of “pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic alcohol use”.
PNES, or pseudoseizures, are described by Epilepsy . com as “attacks that may resemble epileptic seizures but are not epileptic and are instead caused by psychological factors”.

In a statement released in February, the Nashville Police Department confirmed that at around 1:21 pm.
A Department of Emergency Communications alert had been delivered to a home that day at local time.
