Guns N’ Roses rocker Axl Rose is getting better after canceling a recent performance in Scotland due to an unidentified medical condition.
In a message shared on Twitter on Tuesday night, Rose, 60, expressed regret for postponing the event in Glasgow. She also expressed her gratitude to the audience for their support.
He says everything will be fine as long as he follows his doctor’s advice and performs as planned on Friday in Munich, Germany.
The physician continued, “I’ve been following his instructions, getting rest, working with a vocal coach, and attending to [our] sound concerns.”. It’s been good up to this point.
Again, thank you for your concern,” he said. “Ultimately, the band, crew, and I are focused on providing you, the fans, with the best experience we can while being the best versions of ourselves that we can be. “Good day from Munich!”.
The Glasgow concert has been postponed, according to a Monday night announcement from Guns N’ Roses, “due to illness and medical advice”.
Unfortunately, the notification states that GN’R will be unable to perform in Glasgow due to illness and medical advice. As we work to find alternative dates for this performance, kindly hold onto your tickets and check back for updates. We appreciate your patience and tolerance with us. ”.
Rose announced to the London audience on Sunday night that he had just returned from the doctor’s office and would alter some of the set lists, even though it is unknown what led to the performance being postponed.
I went to the doctor and completed other tasks as a result. Yes, I did spend the night before here. In a video that was uploaded to Twitter, he made the claim. I’ll therefore slightly alter my vocal delivery during the songs. I hope you’re ok with it. Let’s go ahead, please”.
The band’s two impromptu shows on Friday and Saturday nights in London suffered a setback after Carrie Underwood joined them.
The country singer sang “Sweet Child O’ Mine” before reuniting with the band to conclude the performance with “Paradise City”.
