The Loose Women star asked: “Have you ever had that feeling, especially at night, when you’re in bed, that your legs are itchy? Like inside – itchy! And you keep flicking them out?

“For those of you who don’t know, it’s actually called’restless leg syndrome,’ and it affects so many people, primarily women, though it does affect men as well. It’s really bad for my partner. It used to hurt for my sister. I am in pain.

I didn’t really think there was anything you could do about it, so what can you do about it? But you already know what’s there. There are numerous options available to you. One of them is to visit your doctor, or you can adhere to the RLS UK, which is all based on that. ” .

Only a few months prior, Coleen urged her followers to pay attention to any symptoms that made them nervous.

Col’s Corner, her well-liked social media series, featured her saying: “How many times do we sit and say, “I have this really weird rash or I have a spot or I have a lump, I’ll sort it out next week.”. Or you complain to someone and they say, “Go get it checked,” and you respond, “I don’t have time.”.

“Make time, I’m telling you; it’s very important. My sister kept bringing up the small rash on my shoulder that I recently experienced. Oh, it’s fine, it’s eczema, I kept saying. Eczema has never been a problem for me, but this was the closest thing I could find.

“Anyway, I went eventually because she irritated me, and it wasn’t anything terrible, but it was something, but everything is fine now, so I don’t have to worry about it anymore,” she continued.

“So, complain about it three times, then schedule an appointment and go. I know it’s hard to get an appointment, even if you go to your pharmacist. Get it checked, and take care of yourselves. “.
