Many people are unaware of the true tale of rags to riches that comedian and TV host Steve Harvey has to tell.
Few people are aware of the arduous journey he had to take as he battled for his dreams and overcame some difficult circumstances on his way to the top, despite the fact that he is now regarded as one of America’s most influential celebrities.
Steve Harvey, who was raised by a coal miner in West Virginia, didn’t have much. When he finally decided to pursue a career, he had to work a variety of jobs to support his aspirations, such as those of a mailman, carpet cleaner, and even a boxer.

Each of his seven children shared their favorite memory of their father when they appeared on Harvey’s show as part of a surprise birthday appearance, but Harvey’s stepson Jason was the one who brought the comedian to tears.
Jason said, “You took my mother. But with that, you gained much more. What you did was give me your last name, which is unthinkable.
My father did what he could, but he wasn’t present. You intervened and gave it to me.
If only you knew the true love I have for you, I need you to know it right away. You are the best, Dad. You it. ”.
While wiping his eyes of tears, Harvey cradled his head in his hands.
He appeared surprised and encouraged by Jason’s remarks.
Nobody in the room could keep a dry eye as the camera panned to the viewing audience.
Following the special memories that his children had shared of their father, Steve’s wife paid tribute to her devoted husband.
“I appreciate the man you are, the role model you set for our kids… I appreciate how you treat my parents like they’re your own, how you treat me, and how you love me like they’re your own.”.
Steve struggled to speak through his tears after his family had finished paying their respects.
“I found them four full-time jobs.
He paused to gather himself before continuing, “So that when I am done, I just want you all to have remembered that someone cared more about you than himself.
