The improvement in her health made Cody’s parents happy, but they also wanted him to live a typical life and blend in with the crowd.
A second procedure would be required to even out her skin.
They visited Dr. Milton Waner once they arrived in New York.
This doctor could, but it wouldn’t be easy, remove the scars from Cody’s face.

The Hall family would not have been able to afford these expensive procedures if it weren’t for the kindness of complete strangers everywhere.
For Cody’s medical expenses, they raised $376,000 through fundraising.
This wonderful opportunity for their daughter was greatly appreciated by the family.
According to Dr. Waner, she now seems to be significantly better.
