Tragically, young people dying in auto accidents. In this awful misfortune, a young child died and numerous others were stung.
Shawn Walker’s security cameras captured every mistake that was made. A pickup truck is seen traveling north on Kostner in the video before being hit head-on by a stolen Hyundai Sonata. After striking a large tree, the Sonata was stopped by a light pole.
Walker asserts that we started doing CPR because the baby couldn’t breathe. The mother said, “My main concern was getting the baby’s pulse back. ”.
The 6-month-old boy was identified as Cristian Uvidia by the Cook County Medical Examiner. At Stroger Hospital on Monday afternoon, the baby was pronounced dead.
According to his family, the newborn child turned six months old the day before the tragic event and spoke to the media.
Firefighters quickly arrived at the collision scene and saved the family. As they hurried to the hospital, their conditions were listed in terms of their seriousness and urgency.
At the accident scene, police interviewed witnesses and gathered information for more than four hours.
Two suspects involved in the theft of the Hyundai were detained.
The boys, who were both minors, were both 14 and 17 years old. They were charged with having a stolen vehicle in their possession.
Funds for Cristian’s funeral are being collected through a GoFundMe page.
There was a thorough depiction of the sad events. “He suffered from an impact that fractured his skull, causing his brain to swell and eventually killed him,” was the explanation for his demise.
