A Parkinson’s disease diagnosis and four surgeries later, comedian Richard Lewis announced his retirement from stand-up.
The 75-year-old “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actor, famous for acting out his neuroses and donning all-black ensembles, posted a video to Twitter on Monday outlining his various medical conditions.
He claimed that because of hip and shoulder replacement surgeries, the previous three and a half years had been “a sort of rocky time.”.
He underwent a brain scan as well because his feet were shuffling while he was walking. He was diagnosed by medical professionals as having Parkinson’s disease.
