She made her Sports Illustrated debut on the front cover of the renowned Swimsuit Issue. The other three cover stars for the 2023 edition were Brooks Nader, Megan Fox, and Kim Petras.
Stewart is the oldest participant and is 81 years old.

Out of the ten outfits Stewart wore for the cover shoot, the magazine selected a picture of her in a white bathing suit with a plunging neckline and an orange shawl slung over her shoulders.
Even though Stewart was the oldest person ever to grace the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover, she insisted that age has little effect on her daily activities.
Age is not a deciding factor in friendship or success; rather, it is what people do, how they think, and how they behave that matters.
Stewart discussed how people still view her as a “bona fide sex symbol” despite her advanced age in a recent interview with InStyle”.
