Friends star Jennifer Aniston’s father, John Aniston, died on November 11 at 89, according to his daughter. Aniston’s job on Days of Our Lives made him famous for the most extended period.
Jennifer Aniston’s father, John Aniston, died on Friday. In a social media post, Jennifer referred to him as “Sweet Papa” and congratulated him for breaking softly and silently. John was thought to be lovely on the inside and out. Jennifer is grateful that he was allowed to die peacefully.
“On 11.11, no less!” Your timing was always perfect. “I am so delighted you passed gently and painlessly into the heavens,” I said, “and that number now has an even greater meaning for me in the future.”
Jennifer also shared photos of herself with Aniston from her early years. “Be sure to drop by.”
Aniston was born on the Greek island of Crete on July 24, 1933. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, he joined the Navy and rose to lieutenant commander. He has been acting since the 1960s, and by the 1970s, he was well-known for his performances in soap operas.
Aniston starred in The West Wing, Journeyman, and Search for Tomorrow episodes in the 1970s and 1980s. From 1970 to the 1980s, he played Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives, where he later made a comeback. He would continue to play Victor Kiriakis until 2022.
Jennifer Aniston paid tribute to her father and his work at a ceremony at the Pasadena Civic Center in June 2022, despite his inability to attend. She was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her significant contributions to the television industry.
“This is undoubtedly a wonderful event for me,” she said, complimenting her father. It’s a chance to recognise a great legend in the daytime television industry and my father, a prominent and well-known actor, for his lifetime achievements.
“An actor who has dedicated his life to bringing joy to fans all over the world while paying tribute to a true icon in the daytime television industry,” she concluded.
Job is an achievement because he has committed over 30 years to the same show, earned respect and affection of his co-stars, and made close friendships.
