Heche crashed into a home in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles last summer while operating her Mini Cooper. The car caught fire, and according to The Washington Post, it took 59 firefighters more than an hour to fully put out the flames.
The actress’s intoxication at the time of the collision was ultimately determined to be due to cocaine use rather than alcohol use, according to TMZ.
