Talented country singer Jana Kramer, 39, recently opened up about her ordeal when she and fiancé Alan Russell were hospitalized during their “baby month.”
The couple was in Florida eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child when things took an unexpected turn. Jana had been documenting her back pain for weeks, but had no idea how severe it would be.
In her heartfelt Instagram post, Jana emphasized the importance of not giving up on her pain and taking care of herself. She admitted that she was guilty of neglecting her own well-being, which is common among pregnant women.
Jana said she initially dismissed her back pain as a normal part of pregnancy and was hesitant to seek medical advice.
But the concern that a friendly person has suggested, so concerns will be associated with pain with kidneys. Jana was based on this message and contacted medical assistance. Unfortunately, the pain became unbearable and she and Allan decided to go to the hospital.
“After spending two days in the hospital and receiving antibiotics, I realized that I let the infection progress further than it should have,” Jana shared. Alongside her words, she shared photos and videos of her in the hospital bed, hooked up to machines.

Jana didn’t want her hospital experience to be in vain. She wanted to share her important lesson with others, urging them to listen to their bodies and not ignore unexplained pain. She emphasized the seriousness of neglecting one’s health and encouraged her followers to seek medical help when necessary.
Jana also made sure to express her gratitude towards the nurses at Good Samaritan Hospital who took care of her during her stay. She mentioned the incredible support and assistance she received from Allan Russell, her devoted fiancé, who refused to leave her side and slept on a pull-out chair at the hospital.
In a separate Instagram post, Jana shared more moments from their babymoon, including their beach and water adventures together with Allan. Despite not feeling well, they made the most of their time, cherishing every minute.
