After her mother and daughter die, grandma experiences a terrifying event.

In Gainesville, Georgia, on a lovely spring day in 2017, Hannah Simmons took her infant daughter to the doctor for a checkup.

The trip ended in tragedy when Hannah’s car hit a truck.

The passing of Hannah devastated her family. But a picture taken there a few days later gave them comfort and inspiration.

Hannah Simmons, 23, and her best friend went to the doctor with their nine-month-old child, Alannah.

On the way, Hanna abruptly lost control of her vehicle, sending it flying into the path of a truck. Her closest friend Hanna and her infant daughter all disappeared in an instant.

When emergency services arrived on the scene, a man called them, but he and the other witnesses quickly realized they had little control over the situation.

Anisa Gannon, 19, stopped at the accident site on her way to work. Anisa grabbed her phone and snapped a picture of the blocked road so she could show her employer why she would be late. However, Anisa did not notice something in the photograph when it was being taken; instead, she did not notice it until after.

The scene shows a bright beam of light shooting out of the sky, illuminating the area of the car where the mother and her child perished.

They sobbed when Anisa showed the victim’s relatives the photo and the light beam appeared. Tara, Anisa’s aunt, observed the situation and remarked to her niece, “It looked like they were going to heaven”.

The victims’ family has taken solace in the light and interpreted it as proof that Hanna, her closest friend, and her nine-month-old daughter have entered heaven, despite doubters who believe it is a reflection from Anisa’s car’s windshield.

Hanna’s mother, Jodi Simmons, proclaimed that she “absolutely” thought the startling illustration depicted a “pathway to heaven”.
